the staff, especially ahmad bhai at the reception, were helpful and compassionate, especially during a medical emergency we faced with our daughter. the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel, along with the welcoming atmosphere, made our experience nice. we appreciated the nearby shops and eateries, which added to the convenience of our stay. highly recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly option!

The location is superb, just a short walk to the mosque. The cleanliness of the rooms stood out, and the amenities, like the kettle and bottled water, were handy.

I had a good stay at Rabwat Al Safwah Golden Hotel with my cavachon dog. The hotel is ideally located just a short 7-minute walk from the beautiful Masjid Nabawi, making it convenient. While the check-in was smooth and the staff was generally friendly, I did face some issues with room maintenance and service. Despite the compactness of the room and a few lacking amenities, the peaceful atmosphere allowed for much-needed relaxation. the nearby landmarks, like Taiba Commercial Center and Abu Bakar Masjed, made for wonderful family outings. I appreciate the staff's efforts and hope for improvements in service on my next visit.

I had a pretty good stay! The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the Haram, which was super convenient for daily prayers. The staff were friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated the clean rooms. The atmosphere was calm, making it easy to relax after a long day.

Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent; I had to ask for toilet paper and towels a couple of times. the decor could use a little upgrade, and some areas seemed not well maintained. A few noisy guests at night made it hard to sleep at times too. Overall though, it was a decent experience!

The location is fantastic, very close to Masjid Nabawi and restaurants. the triple room has a comfortable bed and amenities like a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. - the bathroom is good, with a nice bath and proper sewerage system.

The room at Rabwat Al Safwa Golden was perfect for my needs. The air conditioning kept me cool and comfortable, and the flat-screen TV provided plenty of entertainment options. The balcony with a city view was a lovely bonus, and the private bathroom was clean and convenient. The wardrobe was spacious enough to store all my belongings, and the bed linen and towels were clean and luxurious. I was very satisfied with the room as a guest with disabilities.

I personally found the fridge in the room at Rabwat Al Safwa Golden to be unnecessary. However, I understand that others may appreciate having this amenity available.
